Why Our Residents Love It Here

When my father had to be admitted to an assisted living place, my sisters and I were blown away with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff at Cardinal Place. They were able to get my dad admitted the day he was being released from the Hospital and even set up his room with loaner furniture until we were able to get his personal things moved in. Dad also gets some rent perks for being a veteran; it’s great that Cardinal Place honors their servicemen in that way. Having a parent in an assisted living place is not easy, but knowing dad is somewhere the staff truly cares makes it a bit easier.

Our mom was a resident at Cardinal Place for more than 3 years. The staff was very friendly and caring. In addition, the nursing staff was very attentive and sometimes entertaining with residents. Their expertise was much appreciated. Mom always enjoyed bingo and the live performances, just to name a few. Family events were very special as the sense of community made her feel at home. Very homey and welcoming environment! The staff are friendly and helpful and have been very patient and sweet with my mom since she moved in. The care she has been given has been great and the staff are very good about communicating with us. They even allowed us to bring her beloved porch swing when she moved in and found a nice place to hang it up in the courtyard so she can continue to enjoy it! Overall, I've been very happy with Cardinal Place. They made the moving process for my mom very easy and smooth.
